Online Registration Guide

To book convention membership, accommodation and t-shirts online for Q-Con XX, you can use our registration system. The system is handled by Queens University, so your purchase is secure. Payment is through WorldPay, using one of the following methods:

You will first need to create an account with the Q-Con Convention Booking System, and then add one of each item you require (Q-Con membership, accommodation, and/or t-shirt) to your shopping cart.  If you have no Post Code, please enter "none" when required.

IMPORTANT - Please remember the following when ordering your Q-Con XX membership:

• Only one Q-Con membership is valid for each order made - Please do not attempt to register multiple memberships in the same order
• Orders for accommodation or t-shirts are only valid if they include a Q-Con membership
• Disable any script blockers when using the Q-Con Convention Booking System
• Accommodation is only open to attendees over the age of 18

1.	If you haven't used the Q-Con Convention Booking System before, you will need to create an account.
2.	Enter your account details, choose a password, and confirm your details are correct. If you have no Post Code, please enter "none". If you will be under 12 on the 28th June 2013, you must enter the name of a guardian who will accompany and supervise you during the convention.
3.	You will receive an email to confirm that your account has been created. You can now order your Q-Con membership!
	Order Your Q-Con Membership
1.	Make sure you are logged in to the Q-Con Convention Booking System
2.	Under the Categories on the left, select Registration, and click on the Add To Cart button for Q-Con XX (2013) Weekend Membership One Q-Con membership is required to complete your order
3.	To order Accommodation for Q-Con: Under the Categories on the left, select Accommodation, and click on the Add To Cart button beside each night you require accommodation Accommodation orders are only valid with the purchase of a Q-Con membership Accommodation is only open to Q-Con attendees over the age of 18
4.	To order a Q-Con t-shirt: Under the Categories on the left, select T-Shirt, and click on the Add To Cart button beside Q-Con XX (2013) T-shirt - select your T-shirt size on the next page, and click Add To Cart to confirm T-shirt orders are only valid with the purchase of a Q-Con membership
5.	Select Checkout at the top left Confirm your selected items by clicking on the Checkout button at the bottom of the page
6.	If you are registering on behalf of somebody else, please add this to the Additional Information. Once you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, tick the checkbox beside "I agree with the terms and conditions for Q-Con...". Once this is ticked, you can click on the Continue button. Your registration is only valid if you agree to the Terms and Conditions as listed on the Q-Con XX website.
7.	Click Confirm Order once you have confirmed your details are correct. This will take you to the WorldPay secure payment system to complete your purchase.

8.	First click on your payment method from the options shown.
9.	Enter your card details, and your billing address. Then follow the on screen instructions to complete your payment.
10.	Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an email receipt. Your registration is valid once payment is complete, and you receive your email receipt.

IMPORTANT - If you have any questions, please note the following:

• Only one membership is valid for each order made using the Q-Con Convention Booking System; each attendee must order separately
• Registration for Q-Con XX requires that you agree to the Q-Con Terms and Conditions
• All transactions are non-refundable
• Orders for accommodation or t-shirts are only valid if they include a Q-Con membership
• Accommodation is only open to Q-Con attendees over the age of 18
• We recommend that you do not run script-blockers, for smooth registration
