Postal Registration

If you would like to pre register to attend Q-Con XX but do not have access to a debit/credit card to pay online, you can do so by following these instructions. Note that we cannot accept cheques in Euro.

Without Accommodation

1. Download a registration form.
2. Print the form on your printer.
3. Complete form with the details of the person who is being registered.
4. Check form has been completed correctly with all required information.
5. Read and sign the terms and conditions on the second page of the registration form.
6. Write a cheque for £15 made out to "QUB Dragonslayers" - click here for an example of a correctly completed cheque.
7. Enclose the cheque and completed pre-registration form in an envelope.
8. Send the completed pre-registration to:
   Q-CON XX,
   QUB STUDENTS' UNION,
   UNIVERSITY ROAD,
   BELFAST, BT7 1NF,
   NORTHERN IRELAND,
   UNITED KINGDOM. 

With Accommodation

(Please note, accommodation is only open to Q-Con attendees over the age of 18)

1. Download a pre-registration form, and an accommodation registration form.
2. Print both the forms on your printer. 
3. Complete both forms with the details of the person who is being registered and will be using the accommodation. 
4. Check the forms have been completed correctly with all required information. 
5. Read and sign the event terms and conditions on the second page of the pre-registration form. 
6. Read and sign the accommodation terms and conditions on the last page of the accommodation registration form. 
7. Write a cheque for £15 + the total cost of your accommodation to "QUB Dragonslayers", click here for an example of a correctly completed cheque. 
8. Enclose the cheque, completed pre-registration form and completed accommodation for in an envelope. 
9. Send the completed pre-registration to:
