SLA Industries is a dark future game set on the bleak world of Mort, a world where life is cheap and bullets are expensive. Shadowrun

By Paul Brindley

It's the sixth age and all is strife. Corporations rule and profit is king, governments are at the mercy of the money and power of the corporations, some nations in their own rights. Racial hatreds have been put aside to be replaced by the hatred of the new 'meta-humans', the Elves and Trolls and the other new races. Magic is feared by the mundane and the religious and discrimination is the norm for every magician or non-human. Poverty is rampant and all the wonders of the modern world are deigned to the sinless, those people who lost the identities or 'system identification numbers', SIN's. Criminals are everywhere and so is organised crime, the Mafia, the Triads the Yakuza and worse.

Only two things keep the big corps from waging war on each other, the knowledge that it would surly lead to mutual annihilation and the corporate court. So when a corporate shark or underworld kingpin wants to hit a rival they turn to deniable assets, you are one of those assets. You are a Shadowrunner, living outside of society you do not exist. You do what you need to survive in this world. You do what they pay you to do, steal, sabotage, kidnap or kill.

Take a step into this world as you and your team take one more roll of the dice in a world where your boss is just as likely to kill you as your target, and there's no-one that can't be found.

You and your team have been hired by a major corporate player to retrieve some information from the Yakuza. You have to find out where they keep this information, get it out and deliver it... and while you're at it you might want to make sure you keep your skin too.
