When you decide to take part there are certain steps you need to follow! All attendees that wish to compete must fill out an online entry form and submit a short introduction video - this helps us get an idea of what your performance entails. All performers must attend a safety orientation at 12:30 before the contest begins.
Every hero has their soundtrack so you may decide to have music as part of your performance - if you have a backing track or recorded voice acting it is important to provide this as part of your entry submission. If you have audio materials to provide please ensure that it is in a mp3 format or else it will not be accepted.
Performances are advised to stick to the 3 minute mark - this helps ensure that everyone gets a fair share of time in the spotlight! Please remember that this is an all ages con so explicit content is not permitted.
Most importantly - enjoy! Whether you are singing, dancing or making the audience laugh it’s no use if you are not having fun - our volunteers are always there to address any concerns you may have.
