We have partnered with Queen's Elms Village BT9 Accommodation to offer rooms for 2 a night combo - Friday 19th and Saturday 20th

At a great price of £100 (+booking fee) total!

Please note all rooms are en suites, single occupancy only and not available to those under 18.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM Friday, and check-out is at 10:00 AM Sunday.

We only have a very limited number of rooms available so get your tickets now!

  • All guests must bring some form of photographic ID.

  • All rooms are equipped with bedlinen, towels and toiletry pack.

  • Kitchen facilities are available for use with up to 11 guests sharing, and all electrical appliances, crockery, cooking equipment and utensils are supplied.

  • Tea & coffee making facilities available in all kitchens.

  • Laundry facilities are available onsite at an additional charge.

  • There are no storage facilities on site for guest’s luggage after check-out.

  • There is a Pay as You Go car park on site. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking available around the area.

  • Wheelchair accessible rooms are available upon request when booking.

Accommodation FAQS

  • Unfortunately there are no rooms with double beds or multiple beds able to be offered; all rooms are single occupancy only.

  • Take a virtual tour of Elms Village.

    Towels, bedding, kitchen cutlery and superspeed ethernet and Wi-Fi internet are all included in your original booking cost.

  • Once you arrive to Elms Village please quote "Dragonslayers" at check-in.

    If you have booked for multiple people at once, Elms Village requests that you all collect keys as a group with the person who booked the accommodation

  • Elms Village is only a short, approximately 15 minute walk from Q-Con, to get to Elms Village from Q-Con simply walk up the Malone Road until you reach the complex

  • The Metro 8 bus service runs between City Centre, Q-Con and Elms Village and is extremely handy for anyone seeking to avail of public transport rather than walking or driving to/from the event.
