CHARITIES & ASSOCIATIONS
Applications are now open for associations to take part in this year’s Q-Con. We’re excited to welcome a wide range of groups, including charities, community organisations, student societies, and special interest groups, to be part of the event.
Q-Con has always been shaped by the people and organisations involved, and we’re looking forward to building on that by bringing in both familiar faces and new participants. Whether you’re looking to raise awareness, share your work, or connect with attendees, we’d love to hear from you.
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by 7:00 PM on 3rd May. As in previous years, demand for participation is high, and applications received after this time may not be considered.

Independent Developers & Local Game Studios
In previous years, Q-Con has provided a platform for independent developers and local game studios to present their work to a large and enthusiastic audience. We are pleased to continue this opportunity and invite applications from those developing original games and interactive experiences.
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase playable demos, prototypes, or released titles, as well as engage with attendees, receive feedback, and network within the wider gaming community.
Previous Participating Associations
Q-Con has a strong history of collaboration with a diverse range of organisations. Previous participants have included:
The Rainbow Project
Fighting Words
BattleBots
Farset labs
SERC - Bangor campus
Causeway Legions
Cosplay Photographers Association of Ireland
And so many more!
These organisations have played a key role in shaping the atmosphere and success of past conventions.

Applicants are required to complete the official application form and provide all requested information. We encourage prospective participants to review examples from previous years (to be displayed above) to better understand the scope and format of involvement.
Important Information
Due to the volume of applications received in previous years, not all submissions can be guaranteed a place. Late or incomplete applications may not be reviewed. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
