If you’re an external company, organisation, or individual that wants to Partner with Q-Con to deliver games and events, we’ll open applications on the 23rd of March 2025.

If you have any questions about Q-Con that are not answered on the website, the organisers can be reached by email.

Please ensure to email the right email address, to avoid delays in response / resolution.

Q-Con endeavours to listen to all feedback and learn from concerns which are reported. If a concern can be resolved informally in the moment, we will make an effort to do so.

If you are dissatisfied or would like to flag a concern to the organisers of Q-Con, you can use this form to submit your report.
(Please note that due to operational requirements it will not be possible to address your report until after the convention has ended. If your report relates to immediate health & safety during the event, please speak directly to a volunteer).

Please do not use this form if you are under the age of 18, to report potentially criminal offences, or to share sensitive personal information. If your report might fall into these categories, you can email the Students’ Union on su.societies@qub.ac.uk instead.
