Submission Guidelines
Content Flexibility: We have two styles: Traditional and Digital. Also this year we have a theme- SPACE! You are free to interpret or make use of this in any way you like.
Audience Suitability: Please note AI generated Art and NSFW Art is not permitted for the contest.
All submissions are physical and will be displayed in Artist Alley.
Deadline Requirement: Submission forms must be completed in person (we will not accept email entries) and will be open from 9:30am on Saturday 20th June to 3:00pm on Sunday 21st June, located at the front of Artist Alley.

You can download a submission form below or pick up a printout on the day!
All submissions must be less than or equal to size A4. Submissions must be on paper and be accompanied by a completed submissions form.
Digital artists must print their entry. Traditional artists please submit a photocopy, NOT the original copy of your work.
Please ensure you use the correct email address when submitting as the winner will be contacted via email.
